Growing the Garden Therapy Program
A simple structure rising from the ground on the Wooster Campus is causing a lot of buzz. The garden therapy program will grow into a year-round horticulture opportunity for the youth on the Boys’ Village Campus. The greenhouse will serve as a working lab to teach job skills in addition to its therapeutic opportunity. The structure is the result of several grants and community involvement. Updates on the greenhouse and the garden therapy program will be posted to our website and TVN’s Facebook page. Don’t miss them!

Congressman Boccieri Visits TVN
Congressman John Boccieri met with TVN executives, Board members and youth during his recent visit. It was the first visit to the agency for the new congressman. Boccieri listened to the personal stories of the youths before he toured Boys’ Village Campus. While talking with a TVN staff member who related success stories and grateful letters from students who graduated from the program, Boccieri praised them for “making a difference in their lives.” Before leaving the campus, he held a question/answer session for foster parents, local corporation presidents and community leaders.
